I happened to come across a front page advertisment of the real estate project named “Rajhans Evana”. It is being constructed by “Rajhans Developers”, one of Surat’s prominent real estate developers.
The project has Maharashtra RERA registration number P52000077719. The said number can be used to look it up on the website of the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority and study the documents uploaded by the builder therein.
In this review, I have opted to download relevant documents of the project from the website of the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
